Elev8 is a global future leaders program that helps high performing staff progress within the business.
The 24-month program takes selected employees from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States on eight one-week training sessions across the four countries. This is supported by in-class training, distance learning projects, academic study, on-the-job experience and support from Elev8 mentors.

The V-Star Awards are designed to recognise high achieving individuals and teams that demonstrate CLV Core Values, go above and beyond their roles, demonstrate exceptional customer service, show innovation and continuous improvement, achieve exceptional results, engage with the local community and/or conduct themselves with integrity. In addition to a V-Star Award, outstanding individuals and teams are rewarded through payments, meals or entertainment prizes.
Our UK Stepping Up initiative is a series of learning and development programs, including Apprenticeships and graduate schemes, designed to nurture internal and external young talent. With programs to cater for both CLV employees and those in the wider community, participants are guided to explore and extend their employability skills, helping them to feel more confident in their next career move.
Our annual Graduate Scheme allows two alumni from partner universities to step onto the career ladder and journey upwards through all areas of the business. Graduates can expect to develop skills in planning, budgeting, marketing, operations, customer service and residential life, as well as gaining global experience following international placements in the US and Australia.
Our Intern Program increases the employability skills of students, helping to prepare them for life beyond university. Successful candidates are offered a paid placement for eight weeks and are assigned business critical projects to influence and steer the future of CLV. Their progress is guided and supported at every stage, delivering a rewarding internship with measurable results.
Developing young talent begins with the right qualifications and training. We offer a range of Apprenticeships across the business, from administration to digital marketing, helping those seeking to develop fresh skills or establish a career path in their chosen field. Many former apprentices have since secured permanent positions and continue to shape the future of our business.
