Campus Living Villages comprises the student accommodation operations, development and funds management business owned by the Campus Living Villages Fund (Fund) across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. The Fund (which comprises four stapled managed investment schemes) is managed by Campus Living Funds Management Limited (CLFM), an internalised special purpose fund manager wholly owned by Fund investors.
The CLV Fund aims to offer investors a vehicle for stable, long-term wealth creation, with predictable cash distributions and capital growth. It provides investors with the opportunity to invest in the growth phase of an emerging social infrastructure class with an established and respected global student accommodation provider.
It offers an integrated and tax-efficient funding solution that provides considerable financial capability and reduces risk for its partner institutions.
